The Research Center is open from 1:00-4:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and the first and third Saturday of the month. Appointments are recommended. The Research Center, located on the entrance level, is wheelchair accessible.

Guidelines for Visiting
Research fee schedule
– Daily usage fee -OCHS member – $0.00
– Daily usage fee – Non-member – $2.00
Other fees
– Photocopy fee – OCHS member – $0.10 each
– Photocopy fee – Non-member – $0.25 each
Laptop computers are permitted.
Food and beverages are not permitted.
Reference and/or resource materials cannot be borrowed or removed from the Research Center.
The reference staff will retrieve and re-file all materials for you.

Research Requests
In order to assist those who are unable to visit, a member of our volunteer staff will conduct research for a per-hour fee. E-mail or call us with a request about a person, family, place, or event, and we will let you know if we have the resources to satisfy your inquiry and what the charge will be. Upon receipt of payment (check, Visa, or MasterCard), we will send you the results.
